All of our delivery times can be seen here. We currently offer 6 types of delivery which are dependant on time, size and day.
We currently offer free standard delivery, which excludes oversized items. If a product has an additional delivery charge it will be more a faster delivery option or due to the size of the product.
Dispatch confirmations are sent automatically, if you did not receive a dispatch confirmation and would like to get an update. you can contact us for a live update. Sometimes dispatch emails get caught in spam and junk folders.
We are a dispatch only company that does not offer a click and collect service.
Yes. If your looking to have your part delivered on the weekend, please make this selection on the basket page before placing your order.
When you receive a dispatch confirmation, it should include details of your tracking code that can be used on the relevant couriers website. If you need your tracking code you can get in touch with us and we would be happy to supply it.
Yes, we use industry standard SSL encryption to protect your details. Potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and card details are encoded so they can only be read on the secure server. This information is authenticated to ensure it only gets sent to this secure server and is checked to make sure it has not been tampered with during transfer.
Security checks are also made on all transactions, to ensure the authenticity of each card payment.

Yes, we accept PayPal payments and you can choose this option on the checkout page.
As soon as an order is placed, payment will be debited from your chosen payment method. Due to the nature of our sales we take immediate payment.
If your order has been received an is missing an item, please let us know immediately by contacting us. Please bear in mind that if you have ordered multiple items, any products classed as an oversized item will be delivered separate.
In the rare event that you are unhappy with our service, you can make a complaint by contacting us. We pride ourselves on our customer service and would like to know if we can improve.
If you have not received your order, you can use the tracking code that was emailed to you upon dispatch. If you can not find this information please get in touch and we will gladly update you on your order.
We have a returns and refunds procedure. Please see our returns page. If you have any additional questions about returns or refunds we are always happy to help.
All returns are aimed to be processed within 7 days from receiving them. If you would like to know if we have received your return you can fill in our contact form or give us a call.
If you have returned an item, we will inspect the returned product and aim to have it processed within 7 days. If you have returned an item and it has been more than 7 days please let us know. Once the return has been approved we will return the funds back to your payment method.
We do our best to ensure all products are dispatched with enough packaging to keep them safe for delivery. In the unfortunate event that you receive and item damaged please let us know right away and we can refund or exchange the item.
If you have ordered the item in error, we do not cover the cost of returning the item. If we send you an incorrect product or it is fault/damaged we will cover the cost of returning the item to us.
